Sarzedas is a Portuguese parish in the municipality of Castelo Branco, with an area of 172.05 km² and 1017 inhabitants (2021 census). Its population density is 5.9 inhabitants/km².
It was a town and county seat between 1212 and 1836. It was made up of the parishes of Almaceda, Sarnadas de São Simão and Sarzedas. In 1801, it had 3,532 inhabitants.
It belongs to the Schist Villages network, being the location in this network with the largest number of residents.
